Electrodiagnostic testing not consistent with carpal tunnel syndrome
Electrodiagnostic testing consistent with a mild median mononeuropathy at the wrist
Electrodiagnostic testing consistent with a moderate median mononeuropathy at the wrist
Electrodiagnostic testing consistent with a severe median mononeuropathy at the wrist
Clinical Severity
Low Severity (examples: nighttime pain/sensory disturbances, and/or episodic/infrequent symptoms)
